Corrosion is one of the main causes of faulty BBQ grills. Replacement parts for your grill can add up very quickly if not regularly checked and maintained/cleaned. Keeping your grill in prime condition means you are extending the life of your grill and you’re ready for hosting at any time.

Accumulation of bacteria can build up inside your grill very quickly. In addition to bacteria, carcinogen residue can build up more and more each time you grill which will then transfer to your food changing the flavor which does not allow you to get the best taste from what you are cooking. Cleaning at least once a year is recommended to reduce this risk. Depending on how often you grill, the recommendation for cleaning may be more than once per year.

Why is it so important to have my BBQ professionally cleaned?You invested a good amount of money when you purchased your grill and had it professionally installed. The internal parts of your grill, such as the burners, gas collection boxes, regulator, valves, etc. will fail overtime. Cleaning and maintaining your grill will ensure all your parts last a long time and do not fail on you which can also cause dangerous safety hazards.

If I just regularly clean my grilling surface, are there any risks to my safety to be aware of?"Leaving your BBQ grill unmaintained/cleaned for a long period of time creates safety hazards. Burner holes will begin to fuse together over time which will cause gas to travel through the few burner holes that are open. This can cause a large buildup of flames in the concentrated areas with fewer open burner holes. As more burner holes begin to fuse together, the concentrated flames can and will become larger unexpectedly. Over time, the valves gaskets will begin to fail. This begins to cause a large flame flair up towards the front of your grill where the adjustment valve knobs are located. The grill will have uneven heat and will have extreme heat towards the front where you stand while grilling. This will also create a domino effect. One failed valve will then cause the next valve to fail and a domino effect thereafter. Your internal igniter component and wires will also burn up and need to be replaced.

Will a cleaning service make my BBQ look brand new again?You will find a lot of before and after photos of BBQ grills online from my competitors. A lot of the time the after cleaning photos will look like the BBQ grill has been restored to brand new. That is exactly what was done. A restoration project was performed in addition to cleaning. As part of a restoration job, the internal stainless steel is machine grinded to remove the top layer of metal to give it that new look again. We do offer restoration services, however, we do not recommend machine grinding the stainless steel. This is for aesthetics purposes only. Machine grinding removes the stainless steels protective layer making it vulnerable to rust and decay.

Do you use any harsh chemicals for the cleaning process?We do not use any harsh chemicals. All of our products are eco friendly. Our main method of cleaning is done with the use of a professional steam cleaning machine. This machine uses pure water with zero detergents added.
